Could use some extra seating in common areas!!! The toilet chain fell off, causing inconvenience!!! Room cleanliness has room for improvement!!! More attention to detail is necessary for a better stay experience!!!

Comfortable beds made my stay more enjoyable.

The check-in process was infuriatingly slow. I waited over five minutes despite having a pre-booked room. The fridge in my room was obnoxiously loud, waking me up at night, which added to my frustration.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing quick service. The breakfast included fresh fruit, which was nice. Plenty of parking available for our truck. It was a relaxing stay overall. 😊

Additionally, the ice machine is located only on the main floor, which can be inconvenient, especially for those staying on upper levels.

Had a fantastic one-night stay! The spacious room with comfy queen beds was a perfect retreat. I loved the 24-hour access to the coffee machine and the clean breakfast area. Don't miss the complimentary shuttle service—it saved us the cab fare! Definitely recommend it!
