Could use some extra seating in common areas!!! The toilet chain fell off, causing inconvenience!!! Room cleanliness has room for improvement!!! More attention to detail is necessary for a better stay experience!!!

Modern room with free wifi, and favourable location. What a pleasant and exceptional staff. Quick check in and great service overall. Everything well-maintained. Next to expressway and centre of Fort Nelson in 10 minutes on foot.

Place was enchanting, loved the stay.
Had a really comfortable stay during our trip. In general the stuff were nice and accommodating. Btw, the airport was 10 km away.

Comfortable beds made my stay more enjoyable.
The check-in process was infuriatingly slow. I waited over five minutes despite having a pre-booked room. The fridge in my room was obnoxiously loud, waking me up at night. It's unacceptable for a hotel to overlook such basic issues.

Had a comfortable stay for the road trip, glad I've chosen it. The setting was magnificent, not far from grocery stores as well as restaurant and grocery nearby. Also, Art Fraser Memorial Park was 2 km away.
Everything is what i need and want.

I had a cozy night in the queen room, with super comfy bedding and a handy kitchenette. The breakfast spread was surprisingly good with enough variety to fuel my day, and I enjoyed the nice common area to relax in. The only downside was having to walk through the smoking area to get to my car, but overall, it was a pleasant stay 😊

The staff were warm. The room was spacious and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable night.
Unfortunately, the breakfast selection was limited and felt underwhelming. The parking area was tight, made unloading our car slightly frustrating.
